I almost made it through the recipes I noted last month – oh well, I had fun with the ones I did make. I think my lesson learned is that I do better unscripted – life happens and trying to stay on task with a listed set of recipes is not realistic in my life at this time. With that said, hello, April!! You came out of nowhere – with last year so convoluted, it seems like it was just April!!! This month has a lot of happenings – Easter is this Sunday, the 4th, followed by Todd’s birthday on Monday, the 5th. I’ll also be having a tribute to my late grandmother, who passed away last April 25, non-Covid related. She was an inspiration, and her loss was a pretty big one. With all of that, let’s get this party started!!
