Looks like Chippy decided to ditch the Beetle and hop in the sleigh. The bear couple that is usually in the sleigh is now in the car and the Cabbage Patch doll didn’t make the cut. I think Chippy is trying to figure out the best way to get back home.
Today was another baking day. I made another batch of gingersnaps – total count = 5 batches! I also made a Gingerbread Bundt cake. I was tasked with bringing dessert to our Christmas Eve dinner. I didn’t want to disappoint!
Last year I made this cake and won the office baking contest. I found this recipe in a recipe/coupon mailer I received from Kroger. Here’s all the ingredients I used and a before the oven and after it’s done pic:
